Celebrity Fat Loss Secrets

While watching TV, there was a show on celebrity fat loss secrets.  So as your fitness and health resource,  we decided to share the info with all of our loyal readers.  Although some of tips are generalized, others are very interesting.  It’s also useful to see what each celebrity uses to keep their bodies in tip top shape!

Diane Kruger – Uses sweet potatoes to ward off fat.  This high fiber food gives her carbs that are packed with fiber, low in calorie, and keep her full without spiking her blood sugar.

Blake Lively – Uses edamame to increase her protein and curb the “munchies.”

Paula Abdul – Eats oranges before meals to curb her hunger and increase vitamin C in her diet.  Citric acid has been known for years to increase fat loss.

Kristen Bell – Greek yogurt is Kristen’s secret weapon.  The calcium helps her shed unwanted belly fat.  This is due to the increased calcium in dairy products.

Kellen Luts – Twilight star Kellen uses swiss cheese to fight fat.  This cheese is said to prevent the release of a fat storing hormone.

In the wrap up of this segment, they also mentioned salmon due to it’s healthy omega fats,  and Berries because of their fiber and blood sugar stabilizers.  Leave it to us to give you the best info whether it’s from tv, magazine, news, journals and much, much more!
