Cher Gets Real About Aging And Her Workout

If you think celebrities stay naturally thin by drinking all day, not eating and taking endless pain kills, then you’re in for a surprise when Cher and Stanley Tucci give you some insight to their fitness routines.

“You have to work twice as hard. You have to be in the gym all the time,” she said. “But I like it. When I was young I was a tomboy. I played sports…And I’m learning to surf right now. I like that kind of stuff, thank God.”

So, is that it? “Oh, and Wii tennis! I love it! I play with a passion. I run across; I yell at the other players. It’s great.”

I never doubted that Cher worked out.   However, I didn’t know she was “somewhat of a tomboy.”  Hearing celebrities talk about how hard they work to stay in shape somehow make me feel better about the everyday grind that comes with taking care of your health.
