Maximize Your Time and Fitness – Cleaning Schedules

When things get overwhelming, the first thing to go is your workout.  If you’re like me, you do all of your own housework and try to balance the stresses and strains of life, work, and your daily chores.  However, life gets in the way, things get unbalanced and the house work can stack up from time to time.  Using these manageable cleaning schedules can help you stay on top of your housework, and allow you to stay focused on  your fitness goals, healthy eating habits, and get the results you’ve been striving for!

I’ve added several options for you to choose from.  Pick the cleaning schedules that best suites your daily needs.  Remember the goal is to do enough cleaning through out the week that you don’t need to have one or two days a week where you have to clean for large portions of the day!
