If you don’t have time to “workout” by going to the gym, this routine will fit nicely into any of your favorite shows. If you are watching prime TV, the commercial breaks are an average of 13 minutes per hour long show. The idea is to get through this whole routine at least once during an hour long broadcast. If the shows are later in the night, you have less commercials. Use this commercial break workout routine 2-3 times a week! Make sure you alter your eating as well to see visible results in your size and on the scale.

Use these exercise to make the most of your TV time and your health. You can also use this commercial break workout routine while you’re traveling, or as a normal daily routine. As always, eating a healthier diet and watching your food intake is very important.
