I often have people ask the all too familiar question ..” what do you do, sit up late at night thinking of new ways to torcher me!?” To that particular question I always reply “Yes, how am I doing (with a slight grin)?” Here is one of the exercises I use to get my clients in awesome shape. This is an excellent exercise for office workers since their hips are always overly tight. Any rotational exercise is also good for things like golf, baseball and softball. I also use the exercise on the floor as a warm-up for my clients before they start their actual workout. Add this move to your routine for an all around good full body calorie burner.
