Do You Need A Gym Buddy? Fitness App Review

Don’t you hate it when you’re all set to work out with your friend and at the last minute they don’t respond to your text and an hour later they say,

“Sorry I didn’t make it to the gym, I slept in.”

Okay, so maybe that’s the text I send every other morning to my gym buddy/girlfriend, but every so often I get them too and when I do I get ORNERY!

I mean who likes to work out by themselves?! Going to the gym can be a feat and then self motivating is a huge obstacle, especially in the am. So I need a little motivation or guidance. Don’t get me wrong, I love training with my trainer, but I only see her once a week. I need to get my butt to the gym at least 3 more times and I can’t afford personal training 4 days a week. See my problem?

Well my problem was recently solved when I was introduced to:

FITNESS BUDDY!

So it’s an app. Duh. And it’s amazing. Double duh.

Honestly though, Fitness Buddy is the first fitness app I have used and kept using. It does everything from: giving you work out variations for all levels, shows you how to do the work outs (with hot male models) they move and everything! And they let you track your work outs with a calendar, BUT most of all it makes going to the gym easy. You have a set plan you don’t have to over think, you just follow, sweat and get RIPPED!

Well, you can get ripped if you want, or just tone. It tells you how many reps to do if you want to “bulk” or “tone”.

I think I just gave you all a Valentine’s Day gift that’s priceless, it’s called “hot body forever”.

You’re welcome. Now go to the gym with your Fitness Buddy and rekindle your love for the gym.
