I love light mayonnaise on wraps. Since I am gluten intolerant I eat wraps a lot. Even though it’s light mayo, it still has some fat and some saturated fat. So, I decided to try out this Lemonaise which has 0.5g of saturated fat and 1 g of carbohydrates and no dairy! Saturated fat can be the enemy while on a restricted diet even when you are watching your calories since it has a tendency to store as fat more readily then non saturated fats. The lemon flavor is light and refreshing and gives boring sandwiches a gourmet feel.
