If you think this A-lister is naturally slender, then think again. The days of being “naturally slim and beautiful” are over. Reading about this celebrity on “Healthy Hollywood,” made me respect her more and confirmed that celebrities also work hard for their bodies.
”I have so many guilty pleasures! One of them is to eat in bed while watching television. It sounds kind of gross but I absolutely love it. I love to watch my favorite program with my food on a tray on my lap. I’ve learned however that eating Indian may not be such a good thing to have in the bedroom. I’ve made that mistake before so never again! But I am a huge snacker so you’ll always find me indulging in something,” says Eva.
Eva’s ability to snack 24/7 and still look great might be enough to incite a little annoyance from the rest of us, but Eva promises that she works hard to keep her figure looking great:
“Don’t hate me because seriously, I work out almost everyday – at least five days a week. I put in a lot of time at the gym to ensure that I am able to indulge at other times. Pleasure is pain!”
And even though snacking brings Eva total pleasure, it’s not the only thing she credits with her happy life.
“My secret is making sure that I grow everyday, even if it’s in a small way. Whether it’s overcoming an obstacle or resisting something that I couldn’t resist the day before, I think it’s truly growing that makes me happy (source).”
