EXCUSE #1: “I don’t have time to exercise!”
BUSTED! Time throughout your day to get in at least some walking. Take the stairs for at least a few flights. Park further away from your destination. Make the most of the commercial breaks while watching television and do some push-ups for goodness sake. If losing weight is important to you, then make it a priority. How many times have you heard this? But, really, it’s good advice. You must take care of yourself first before you can even attempt to take care of anyone else.
