    Sounds crazy right???  Many who are lifting weights hold their breath when the repetitions get challenging.  Even if you count under your breath, this will force you to breath.  The extra oxygen can then be used to do more repetitions and burn more calories!!  Who would have thought that something so simple could make such a huge difference in your results!
