     The nice people over at You Bar were generous enough to send me some samples of both there protein bars and shakes. Since I am allergic to everything under the sun it’s makes finding protein shakes and bars quite the challenge. I specified that I wanted a protein bar with no nuts, no gluten and no dairy. To my surprise; they were able to honor my request!

    Since the bars are made for the customer, they are extremely fresh and moist (unlike some other bars that I have tried). They also have no preservatives and no artificial sweeteners. Each bar also comes with an expiration date to ensure that you get that freshest product.

     My favorite bar from the ones I recieved had to have been the “Ultimate Organic Bar.” Hands down, one of the best protein bars ever! I also loved the protein shakes that they sent. They were made primaily of soy and the flavors were made from only natural products.

     If you struggle to find great products with no preservatives and extra additives then You Bar is an excellent choice. If you have tons of allergies to foods, or you just want an all natural product then check out their site. You can actually pick what you want in the bars or shakes and they will make it for you!    As you are adding your ingredients you can watch as the nutrional label to the left, calculates everything from calcium to calories, and fat.
