In a previous article, I wrote about how to lower your carb intake by using vegetables as a source of spaghetti or pasta replacement.   While roaming the isles at Walgreens I saw the “Veggetti.”  This affordable tool allows you to make spaghetti out of any vegetable.

 How the Veggetti Works

Veggetti has 12 ultra-sharp stainless steel blades that effortlessly slice through vegetables for endless pasta strips.  Veggetti works on any food that is two and a half inches or smaller in diameter.
