Be prepared for your summer fitness adventures with these summer fitness must-haves.

There are also competing brands such as, Essentia, the Trader Joe’s brand,  Propel, and a generic Electrolyte Enhanced Water available at health food stores such as Whole Foods. As your perspire your body uses electrolytes to cool the body during the sweating process.  This causes your body to lose potassium and sodium.  Electrolyte water helps to add the lost minerals back into your system to avoid dehydration and that tired, sluggish feeling. This is especially important for tougher workouts and workouts done in the heat.

Don’t forget your Vmoda headphones when you’re at the gym.
