Garcinia Cambogia – Stop the Fat Dead in it’s Tracks

Most fat loss pills work by stimulating your system with caffeine derivatives. These cause aggravation, adrenal fatigue, the shakes, and many other negative side affects!   No one wants to be angry, exhausted, and unable to get quality sleep!   Not to mention that you never know if you are losing fat, or muscle, or water.   We NEVER want to lose muscle because that can lead to yo dieting and increased overall body fat.   It’s important that the focus is always to lose body fat and inches.  Garcinia Cambogia works in reverse.   It blocks fat from being created so if you are on a diet and working out and your using Garcinia, you will start to see that all of your efforts are making a big difference.   Watch the video below and be amazed at how this supplement works.

 

 

 

I have been personally using this supplement for over 2 months now.  Did I drop 20 pounds over night ? NO.  However, I have had gradual fat loss that has stayed off.  It has also REALLY helped me with not over eating at night.   I actually ran out of the garcinia cambogia for a week.  I thought the supplement wasn’t helping me lose.  Then when I ran out it was clear, it was helping me control my hunger!

After looking at over 30+ brands of this stuff, I finally decided on this one.  I did not have high hopes because this seemed like it was going to be a big ripoff. In fact, if Dr. Oz hadn’t endorsed using it, I probably would have never bought something like this. At 41 years old, this is the first supplement I have ever taken since I’m not a big fan of taking any type of pills.

But I’m happy to report that it worked. I lost 12 lbs in three weeks and it was during the holidays. I did not cut back, I did not excerise….nothing. In fact, I would say I ate worse since it was the holidays. I can’t guarantee it will work for you. It looks like it works for about 60% of people that try it, to some degree. I’m not even sure if this is the best brand or if there are better ones, but I can’t deny the weight loss I’ve had from using it. The scale has been stuck for a while now and now it moving down. So if you need to lose a little extra weight, its definitely worth a try.

I have only been taking this for 3 days. And WOW! It has really helped control my appetite. Not sure about. Weight loss yet but even if it just helps control my appetite I’m happy. I excited to see if it will help shed all those extra pounds I gained since the holidays.: )

Well, since the studies on this drug tested people who took the drug for 8 weeks only, I too only took it for 8 weeks. Long term studies haven’t been done so I wouldn’t chance it as most drugs out there can have some sort of long term effect. For instance, now they are saying that HCG causes kidney damage. Great. I lost 18 or so lbs in two months on HCG.

Anyway, this drug’s effectiveness is dose dependent so I took 2 pills three times a day as recommended. One hour prior to meals.

Did I lose weight? Not really. Only 3 lbs. But i did notice that it truly decreases your appetite. AND I noticed that when I ate HORRIBLY, I didn’t gain weight. For instance, I was eating normally, and doing NO EXERCISE, when my job just went to hell and I started SEVERELY stress eating like never before. I would, almost daily eat a huge bag of chips, a sandwich, a couple cookies (that’s just one meal!)….anything I could get my hands on. It was a rough time. Yet….I didn’t GAIN weight. So just as advertised, it seems to block fat production. But does it make you LOSE weight. No.

Even so, I think it has it’s uses. If you are trying to lose weight, then if you start exercising AND take this drug AND cut calories, then I imagine your weight loss would be much faster than normal. Another use would be to occasionally take it when you know you’re going out and are going to eat a big/high fat meal. Although, as I said earlier, it’s not been studied for long term use. But will you lose weight taking it? Likely not. I took it religiously and it didn’t work well for losing weight.

   The reviews put this supplement into perspective from the consumers side.   If you’d like to test it out then it’s worth your money BUT you must give it time to work (I believe Dr. Oz said 2 months) and you must do your part to fend off the old fat while it fights the new fat!   Garcinia Cambogia isn’t a miracle worker but it’s the closest thing you have to personal assistant for your body.   They won’t do all the work for you but they will help you get it done more efficiently while keeping your work load in check.
