Allergies can put a halt to your fitness plans. Being outdoors in the sun shouldn’t depend upon when things are in bloom or if the grass has just been mowed. I personally suffer from grass allergies. However, I love to train clients and run bootcamps in the park. My stuffy nose and itchy eyes were getting in the way constantly. I also noticed that my breathing gets labored and I have Allergy Face.
