Get Rid Of Varicose Veins

      Many women hide their legs due to unsightly varicose, and spider veins.  One of the main contributors to this problem is lack of circulation.  Although sometimes hereditary does play a role in varicose veins; they can be avoided with some rejuvenating leg exercises. 

Visible veins occur when blood vessel walls weaken, collapse, and pool with blood. Building stronger leg muscles can diminish their appearance by improving circulation; exercise, like the moves below, may also prevent spider veins from spreading. Do two sets of 12 to 15 repetitions of each exercise, resting 1 minute between sets. Perform two or three sessions a week, but not on consecutive days (source)

   

These are just a few fun exercises to increase the blood flow to your legs and muscles.  As an overall rule, any exercises can help improve circulation to the legs and strengthen your muscles.  Regular exercise is curcial to keeping your legs fit and looking healthy!
