This is a “problem area” for most everyone (especially women). Weather your wearing a swimsuit, shorts or dress; the inner thighs have always been a region of the body where excess fat is stored. Don’t be fooled, we aren’t focusing on this area just to look better, you need stronger inner thighs for MANY other reasons…..
1.) They give semetry to your legs, giving an overall balanced and fit look.
2.) They aid in proper hip / knee joint movement.
3.) They also contribute to proper alignment of the knee cap. Without strong inner thighs the joints consistently pull to the outside causing knee pain and possible surgery in the future.
4.) Strong inner thighs lead to balanced gait (walking pattern).
Step 1
Assume start position as shown by wrapping tube around bottom of foot.
Step 2
Hold firmly as you abduct (move out) and adduct (move in) your leg.
If you’re having joint problems, or pronate (walk on the outside of your foot), these could be exercises that benefit you in the long run. Sure your inner thighs will look much better in a swimsuit 😉 but you’ll thank us later when you have less joint pain.
