Get Your Vitamins And Your Chocolate Fix- Vita Tops

     I heard about these “Vita Tops” from Hungry girl.com.  Basically, these are 100 calorie snacks made from the top of a muffin.  They are packed full of vitamins, fiber and a decent amount of protein.  If you have to get your chocolate “fix” then these are definitely a better choice then getting that mocha or chocolate bar.

Deep Chocolate VitaTops (12 Muffin Tops)

Water, whole wheat flour, organic evaporated cane juice, egg whites, chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier and vanilla), cocoa (processed with alkali), soy fiber, erythritol, inulin, dried honey, wheat gluten, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, potassium bicarbonate),fruitrim (grapejuice, brown rice syrup), tricalcium phosphate, natural flavor, sea salt, xanthan gum, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, folic acid, iron, biotin, zinc.      This visual picture of this man walking to burn calories will change the way you think about muffins!  Most people allow themselves a treat now and then.  Just make sure that “treat”  doesn’t  ruin your weight loss goals.
