Halle Berry’s Post Baby Workout

   Halle Berry has always stayed in shape.  See what her workouts are like now that she has had a baby.  Personally, I like to compare workouts of celebrities to my own workouts.  This way I can always work harder to get myself into the best shape and stay motivated.  This is the article that was written in “People” magazine.

Halle Berry, who gave birth on March 16 to daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry, is already back to looking red-carpet ready.

Seeking Halle’s secret, PEOPLE now reveals Berry’s body-after-baby workout. Here’s how she did it:

The Workout

Berry, 41, works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Braganza (whose other clients, according to her Web site, include Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway). Their sessions include three cardio segments – on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb – then also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.

The Diet

In terms of diet, Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water (source)

 

     In a lot of cases, the only thing that makes celebrities different from the average person (who exercises), is their diet.  Most celebrities have an impeccable diet!  Some have their own chefs and nutritionists as well.  If you want to have the figure of a star then you can’t just workout like one; you must eat like them as well.  “Clean Eating,” can be the solution to every problem.  If you aren’t sure how to “eat clean,” then try reading the book…. “The Eat Clean Diet.”  This book can help to educate you to eat and lose in a healthy way!
