The fitness market is flooded with programs, diets, and products that promise weight loss.  It’s difficult to sift through the ever evolving programs to find the one that works best for you.  Research has proven that no matter what diet or program you choose, the key to maintaining weight loss is through logging your food, progress, and exercise.  Here are 4 programs designed to help you stay on track, lose weight, and reach your goal!!!

 

    These  tools help to keep yourself accountable.  With the exception of “Earnd it”, they also allow you to interact with others and share your work outs, logs and food.  While fitness and technology has evolved to make your life easier, it seems as though communities are putting their health on the back burner.  These tools mean nothing if you don’t use them!  Respect yourself and your body, learn to love it, one day at a time!

I am the author of this web page and I have been a personal trainer for over 13 years. I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (exercise science), as well as all of the certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have a background in sports training as well as internships in physical therapy and Occupational Therapy. I got into personal training to help people like my mom who struggled with her weight her whole life.
