Easter is here and so is all the junk food that comes along with it!  SO why not save your friends and family a pound or two and make some healthy Easter baskets!  Who says that Easter baskets should only be filled with refined sugar and saturated fat!?

  • Hard boiled eggs (yep, those are still healthy)

  • Healthy trail mixes(there are some good ones at your local Trader Joes)
  • Sunless Tanning Lotions
  • Movie Tickets
  • Starbucks gift cards
  • Your Favorite protein bars
  • Magazines
  • New Ear Buds (for i pod etc.)
  • CDs
  • Weight Lifting Gloves
  • A New Gym Bag
  • Gym Towels
  • Sport Socks

    No one should go without … so if you must have chocolate, then make sure it’s just a couple of those mini eggs not a whole basket!
