It’s come to my attention recently that clients know what’s bad for them, but they don’t necessarily know what’s good for them. Of course, you can generalize but specifics really make a difference when you are trying to get to your goal. This theme of “If your gonna do it,” implies that if your going to go out to eat, this is what we recommend you eat! Chipotle can be your enemy or your friend depending up what you order. It’s actually recommended in the the 4 hour body as a good way to get lean proteins while still staying on track. However, you have to avoid the pit falls and know what you can eat when going out!
If You’re Gonna Do It Chipotle ….
Start off with a bowl SALAD on the bottom.
Choose the BROWN RICE for on top of the salad.
Beans??? If you say yes then only get half a scoop of rice and half a scoop of beans.
Moving on down… meat choices, Steak, chicken or pork?? You decide but I love the steak (4 oz for 190 calories)
Salsa? SURE! You choose your own.
Corn Salsa? YES if you like.
Sour cream and cheese? No keep moving.
Guacamole ? Not unless you have eaten a SUPER all day.
Chips or drink ? No chips, and loads of WATER.
Dressing ? If you can only use half then OK.
