If you haven’t heard HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is the key to looking young, increasing your metabolism, increasing your muscle mass  and maintaining it as you age.  Eating detoxing  hormone balancing proteins  aid in the production of Human Growth Hormone.  Fish and shell fish are among the best protein to increase HGH.  Fish that is high in Omega – 3 fatty acids have a positive effect on leptin levels which suppresses your appetite.  Seafood also helps to alter the distribution of fat on the body.  It can increase testosterone levels and increases the level of zinc in the body which helps to increase HGH.  Shellfish is also higher in iodine which increases your metabolism.
