Jennifer Hudson To Write A Weight Loss Memoire

We have watched as Jennifer Hudson transformed her body into a size 6.  This singing diva and now spokeswoman for Weight Watchers has decided to put her journey into words.  Although the title is still undetermined, Hudson plans to release a book about her weight loss story in January.

Hudson says she wants to

inspire anyone coping with weight issues, share some of her own best tips for losing and maintaining weight loss, fitting in exercise and keeping it fun and much more (source). Hudson’s diet book will have gossip blog Bossip eating its words. Last month, the site alleged that publishers weren’t as interested in a proposed weight-loss memoir from the formerAmerican Idol contestant as they were a narrative regarding the 2008 murders of her mother, brother and nephew. Hudson demanded an apology from the site on Twitter; the site called the flap a “misunderstanding.”

I’m sure this book will sell really well based on the fact that Hudson’s weight loss was so public.  You can literally see her transformation take place just by watching clips of her on tv.  Everyone loves a celebrity diet story! Adria Ali
