Well, the hot part is age and genes, because if I would have known Joe Manganiello in his high school days, I would have not imagined how well he turned out. Truth talk!

Joe Manganiello/FitTip Principle #1: Mind over matter!
LOVE this! You know when you’re working out and you don’t think you’ll make it for the last 10 seconds on that treadmill or you don’t have 2 more reps in you! Well, you can do it! Don’t listen to self-doubt! Just relax and just GO!
Bianca Zen Tip of the day:
Your mind is powerful, but when you overcome something you thought impossible, you will feel Uh-Mazing! As quick as that negative thought came in, it can go out! Simply change that negative to a positive like:
“My glutes are going to look phenomenal, I got this!”
Joe Manganiello/FitTip Principle #2: Eat more protein and less fat every couple of hours…and do CARDIO!
You don’t let your body store anything when you eat more protein and add some fat burning cardio. SPRINT IT!
But so hard to do right?!
I use to hate cardio until I realized I get quicker results when I do cardio. I also LOOOOVVVEEEE peanut butter. I know, it’s the best! I literally eat it by the spoonfuls. Don’t judge me. Now, when I don’t eat Whole Foods freshly grounded peanut butter every other day, my abs are more apparent. Duh.
So, eat more protein, less fat and run a bit!
