Jump Snap – The Ropeless Jump Rope

     Many people would love to jump rope, but they lack the coordination or jump height.  Now, a new jump rope has hit the market that can solve both problems.  This rope less, jump rope can be used anywhere.  All you need is a little space and determination.

In addition, jumping rope helps build agility, speed, balance, and coordination, while improving your overall fitness level.     I was lucky enough to find the Jump Snap on Craig's List for only $10 and it was brand new, never used, because Adria told me to check there first. I brought it with me today for my training session with Adria, and man that thing really gives you a great workout. We set it for only 30 seconds for 3 reps and let me tell you, you get winded fast. If you can find it at a good price, I fully recommend getting it. It comes with 2 DVDs, full instructions, 6 weights, 3 for each handle, LCD Display and can be set for 2 different users. Most of all it makes the snapping sound of the rope hitting the ground and there is also a talk button that will tell you the number of jumps and the time. Thanks Dria for putting it on your site. You Go Girl...lol
