There is a reason why Kelly Ripa is Ripped-A and it’s called Physique 57.

I know. It sounds like a secret club and I kind of wish it was, but it’s accessible to all, even in Dubai! Their website has a special tab for LA, NY AND don’t forget Dubai, cray cray right?! I mean if one of the richest country’s in the world is doing this work out it must be ritzy, so I’m all about it.

I would have never known what Physique 57 was if my new gym buddy wouldn’t have brought it to my attention. Yes, I have a new gym buddy and she’s awesome, I kick her butts with weights and she kicks my butt in cardio. We’re kind of gym lovers, don’t tell my boyfriend.

Any who! We were finishing up our leg day yesterday when she suggested us to grab a bouncy ball and put it between our legs, just a little above our knees and pulse the ball with our knees, squeezing the ball in with our inner thighs for 1 minute. We did 3 sets and I AM SORE TODAY!

On the Physique 57 site they say:

“See visible results in as few as 8 workouts!”

These work outs look like things I’ve never seen, it’s like a ballet class on steriods,

Yeah. Looks fun-ish, but hard-ish, but totally worth it if you see results in 8 work outs!

It’s all about “strengthening and lengthening your muscles”. Um. Count me in!

Not convinced, watch the Silver Fox, Anderson Cooper, and Kelly doing some Physique 57 a couple months back.
