Some days they will do a HIIT based workout, while other days they may only be focusing on lower body. Peterson emphasizes using weights as a way to boost Khloe Kardashian’s weight loss. They also throw in a day of boxing to mix up her routine.
Weight Loss Tips From Khloe Kardashian
So what’s her big secret to fitness and weight loss? Cut the crap and excuses! Meaning she doesn’t let lack of time and her crazy schedule stand in the way of her health. She snacks on fresh cut vegetables, and fresh fruit instead of her past junk food binges. Khloe also stocks her fridge full of these items so there’s “No excuse,” for not eating healthy.
While she doesn’t deprive herself of some of her favorites, (pizza and cake) she makes a point to say that she still eats a slice of cake now and again, she just doesn’t eat two!
Trainer Gunner Peterson adds that Khloe Kardashian’s weight loss isn’t from exercise alone, she’s made huge life changes to stay on track and to continue to change.
As the changes have come, the diet has tightened up,” says Peterson. “You can’t out-train a bad diet, and you can’t out-diet a bad lifestyle. She’s made better choices when she eats. She’s been more conscious about working on sleep habits. She hydrates better.”
