Low Carb Recipe – Shepard’s Pie

If you are following a diet that’s gluten-free, paleo, dairy free or bulletproof, then you’ll appreciate this rich and filling low carb recipe.  It’s simple, affordable, delicious and it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

This low carb recipe has been doubled, but feel free to cut  it in half if you are cooking a smaller amount.

The gluten free gravy I used is made by Mayacamas and it’s an excellent addition.  It really completes the meal.  I found this packet at Sprouts.

To make the paleo version of this recipe, use our recipe for cauliflower mash.  It will help to decrease the carbohydrates.
