Make A Healthy Meal Celebrity Style With Gwyneth

Most Hollywood actors and actresses stay out of the public eye until their next big picture.  However, Gwyneth Paltrow is the exception to the rule with her very public Blog.  Recently she gave the world a glimpse of her eating habits and even her own kitchen.  In this edition of GOOP she shows you her easy, light recipe for tacos.  Get your dose of Hollywood in her quick video.

She actually has some good advice in this video!  It’s always interesting to see celebrities in their most comfortable states.  I could see Gwyneth as the next Martha if given the chance 😉  Healthy eating takes some imagination, some good cookbooks, magazines and a little bit of the Food Network.  To be consistently healthy,  food variation is a MUST.  Even if you aren’t the best cook; you can find recipes that are easy and fun that you enjoy.
