Make Your Own Healthy Frosty – Chocolaty Goodness Without The Sugar and Fat

Sometimes eating healthy can get hard.  There are times when all you want is something chocolate and sweet!  Sure you could go to Wendy’s but we all know it’s loaded with sugar and fat.  This is the Fit Tip Daily Way to make a healthy frosty !

Healthy Frosty Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of coco powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 8 – 10 ice cubes

 

If you’re a woman then this recipe is great to have when you’re on your period.

Fitness Tips –   If you’ve just had an exceptionally killer workout then make this and add some chocolate protein powered for an extra recovery boost!

Trainer Tips – Want to reduce the carbs for a late evening snack??   Simply cut the banana in half, then add in a packet of stevia.  BAM! Half the carbs!
