There’s a lot of BBQ-ing happening this Memorial Day weekend, but you don’t have to say no to your favorite Memorial Day BBQ!

Don’t go for the beef brisket! Go for the chicken breast!
Did you know that BBQ has a lot of sugar? There is about 10 grams of sugar per 2 tablespoons, AND there are ways that they disguise sugar with all these little names:
FitTip #2 Eat fiber…before you go out for Memorial Day!
I know, you’re thinking, “Um, I don’t want to be bloated.”
You won’t be trust. I am obsessed, OBSESSED, with these flax crackers I’ve been making and it has not bloated me, in fact, it’s a LOW CARB delicious cracker that makes me feel fuller, BUT NOT BLOATED!
When you eat fiber, you’re less likely to eat as much, BUT if you do, the fiber will help move it along!

Bianca’s Delicious Flax Cracker’s:
1 cup of Flax Meal
3/4 of a cup of water
1 1/2 teaspoon of organic garlic powder.
*Usually people make flax meal dough thicker than me, but I have tested this recipe A LOT, and the thinner the dough, the thinner the cracker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cook on 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, flipping it at the halfway point, and VOLA!
So good, so crisp!
I literally just made some, they’re that good!
I know, they look delicious and my manicure looks fab too!
Eat Salad On Memorial Day!
And I mean all of the salads! Even if it’s a coleslaw fool of fat, it’s better than that piece of bread that will raise your blood sugar and not provide much nutrients.
