What do people see first when you meet them, your FACE!
We talk a lot about fitness here at FitTipDaily, but when your insides are right , it exudes, literally out of your pores!
I have my moments with food, so I’m going to be honest I get pimples, black heads, white heads, all sorts of small heads that seem to be taking over my face.
So what do I do when Mama(Me) isn’t eating the best. I get a facial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know if I’ve been eating properly by the 2 things my facial lady says to me.
1. You look thin!
2. You don’t have any pimples!
This is like going to the dentist and not having a cavity.
Pimples are basically pus pockets on your skin full of bacteria and dead skin.
Bacteria can accumulate from dirt, AND from not eating foods that are good for you, aka everything fried and sweet.
I know, this news is depressing, but moderation!
Here is a huge no no, that I have been very guilty of:
NO MAKE UP WHEN WORKING OUT!
Trust, you don’t need it, you’re beautiful ladies and gentlemen(that’s for my West Hollywood Men)!
