In the past, I wrote an article on the perfect pull-up. I have received hundreds of questions based on the installation of the product. So here are your questions answered from fit tip daily…
Question: How do you install the Perfect Pull up?

Question: I live in an apartment but I would love to use this product. Would it damage the doorway???
Answer: The Perfect Pull-up only requires 8 total screws (4 for each side of the door frame). These screws are moderate size. (see figure) They should not ruin any part of the door way … just leave some small holes.
Question: Can I still close the door after installing the perfect pull-up?
Answer: Yes! You install the Perfect pull-up to the opposite side of the door jam. It will not affect the door in any way.
Question: Do I have to bend my knees to use the perfect pull-up?
Answer: Yes (depending on your height and the height of your door frame.) However, this shouldn’t take away from the exercise. You can also extend your legs out in front of you. This would actually make the pull-up harder.
Question: How much weight does the Perfect Pull-up hold??
Answer: The company says that “properly installed” the P.P. holds up to 300 pounds.
Question: Are the Ab straps worth buying?
Answer: YES DEFINATELY! I used them and was sore for days!
These are just some basic questions that people have asked repeatedly. If you have more questions about this product; please feel free to write a comment.
This is a GREAT product, both from a professional stand point as well as a consumer stand point. The product didn’t take more then 5 minutes to install and I have been using it ever since! I have found that these exercises are some what addictive! Seeing it in the door frame almost reminds you to do them!
