Pink has always been known for having a rock hard body. Little was known about her fitness routine or her eating. “US” Magazine let the world in on what keeps pink a lean, mean, muscle machine.
Pink says she’s a “walking contradiction” when it comes to working out and eating healthy.
“I go to extremes,” the singer, 30, tells Women’s Health magazine. “I diet absolutely. It’s gotta be organic, fresh fish, tofu and greens [during the day]. And then I’ll order a pizza at night and drink a bottle of wine!”
“When I go on tour, the show is so physically demanding that there’s absolutely no way that I could not be in incredible shape,” she says. “I am a horse on the road. I do an hour of cardio a day, I do a thing called [fitness program] P90X, I do yoga, I do a two-hour show. I watch what I eat.”
Her motivation? “I have to feel good if I’m going to be on the road this long,” she says.
I have done the P90X series and if done correctly (pushing yourself), it can definitely change your body! Although her eating habits at night aren’t the best and not recommended. It’s clear that she has a handle on how many calories she eats verses how many she burns (the secret to having a great body). However, if you knew you were going to eat a bad meal at night, eating healthy all day and exercising would give you a way to offset the damage. Occasional cheat meals can keep you sane but shouldn’t be made a daily affair.
