Prevention’s 10 Highest – Trans Fat Foods

     Trans fats are the worst fats you can consume.  Take as many of these “bad fats” out of your diet to ensure a long lasting life and a better body.  Here are “Prevention Magazine’s” 10 highest trans fat foods to avoid.

 

  1. Cake mixes
  2. Cereal and energy bars
  3. Chips and crackers
  4. Dried soups
  5. Fast food
  6. Frozen entrées
  7. Margarine
  8. Nondairy creamers and whipped topping
  9. Packaged cookies and candy
  10. Packaged doughnuts, pies, and cakes

    Not all energy bars are bad.  So, make sure you check the label of your favorite energy bar for partially hydrogenated oils before you rid them from your shopping list.
