Recover From Your Workout FAST

April 14, 2008 by Adria Ali 1 Comment

You’re going to the gym everyday but you just can’t seem to recover from your new challenging workouts.  Your body seem to be more and more tired and sluggish.  If this has happened to you then it’s time for you to check into some Amino Acids.

WHAT AMINOS DO FOR YOU:

Almost every single one of my clients takes amino acids.  These recovery pills help give you  an imediate source of amino acids to help recover your muscles from daily activity and strenuous activity in the gym.

WHERE DO THEY COME FROM:

Amino Acids come from protein sources.  Things like eggs, red meat, chicken and even dairy product contain amino acids.   These amino acids are the “building blocks” of protein and muscle.

“Twenty amino acids are needed to build the various proteins used in the growth, repair, and maintenance of body tissues. Eleven of these amino acids can be made by the body itself, while the other nine (called essential amino acids) must come from the diet. The classification of an amino acid as essential or nonessential does not reflect its importance, because all 20 amino acids are necessary for health (credit).”

WHY YOU SHOULD SUPPLEMENT YOUR DIET

Although you get amino acids from the foods you eat; your body must break the proteins down in order to harness the amino acids.  When you choose to take a pill, it cuts out the “break down” process and delivers an immediate source for your body to use.

WHAT DO AMINO ACIDS DO FOR YOUR MUSCLE:

I have seen excellent results from all the clients that chose to use the recovery pills.  They recover faster, stay more consistent, and have better muscle definition.  Since you get an immediate source of amino acids, your muscle does not break down when you workout intensely.  The increased muscle mass helps clients to decrease their body fat and burn more calories.

I recommend that ALL of my clients take amino acids.  This cuts down how long they are sore.  They help me, and my clients to recover faster and keep an intense pace as they work hard to get, and stay in shape.  If you are looking to stay consistent with a rigorous workout regimen and not feel fatigued then this is a great supplement!!!  I even use it to recover from daily activities like washing all the floors in my house or doing challenging projects around the house!
