Rehab Your Gym Shoes

    Wearing your gym shoes day in and day out causes the arch support to break down.  This leaves your joints hurting due to the lack of support.  So what should one do if they don’t have endless amounts of money to buy shoes every 4 to 6 months?  Use these inserts to prolong the life of your shoes and save your feet and joints from undue torture! 

     As someone who wears gym shoes everyday; my shoes get worn out quick!  I spend tons of money buying shoes that won’t kill my feet.  Even my expensive running shoes have the worst insert with almost NO cushion.  While shopping for shoes the lady at foot locker suggested these inserts.  Although they were somewhat expensive; they changed every pair of shoes I owned.  Now, I could put the inserts in any pair of shoes (even ones over a year old) and they became as comfortable as they day I bought them (if not better). 

    So if you own 7 pairs of gym shoes but 6 of them are broken down inside; then it’s time you tried these out!!!

Visit “Best Insoles.com” to find these inserts online.  They can also be found at Foot Locker. 

   As for the outside of the shoes…. it’s simple.  Take the insert out of the shoe and wash them in the washer in cold water.  Let them air dry and put the inserts back in!  You don’t have to pay tons of money to keep your shoes looking, and feeling good… just a little time and research.

    You should check out Superfeet insoles. They are pretty fantastic and super supportive. Basically they are the poor man's orthotics. They saved my life during daily 5hour workouts in college.
