Scan Your Food, Track Your Calories And LOSE WEIGHT!

One of my good friends and clients was walking around with her phone, scanning foods one day.  When I asked what she was doing she told me she was “logging her food intake.”  As soon as she explained the process and showed me the application, I was sold on this awesome tool to keep you fit and healthy.

Here’s How It Works….

Simply use the camera on your phone to scan the bar code.  The program then recognized the product and says ” I ate this.”  The program then enters it into your daily calorie intake.  If the food doesn’t have a bar code, the program has a data base of over 200,000 foods to chose from.

This innovative way to track your food is just one more way to help you get lean for the summer months.  As far as I know, it can be used with the driod, and iphone.  This app costs only .99 cents!  To download it go to itunes for iphones.
