That’s right! Put down that carb-ie early afternoon snack ASAP Rocky!
FitTip Fact: Did you know you shouldn’t be eating carbs right now anyways, it’s after 12! Yup, it’s true, did you know that eating carbs before 12 is the way to go!
Why you ask?!
Because you will have at least 8 hours ahead of you of constant movement so you’ll def burn off the carbs before bed time making them quasi-null and void!
I digress!
Ok, let’s start with my FAV ab exercise:
SIDE PLANKS!!!!!!!!!!
This is so awesome because you’re working out the side of your thighs at the same time! Just be sure to stay extra tight
Why does this work because it’s harder DUH!
But seriously, instead of supporting your body with four points(both arms and both legs), you’re only using 2 points!
Now, my second FAV:
Arm Pull Over Straight Leg Crunch(weights optional)
FitTip Daily Tip:
Extend your legs are at a 45 degrees angle!
Make sure when your legs are straight and perpendicular to floor when raising them in tandem with your arms, ALSO lift your shoulders OFF the floor.
This works out your upper back, abs and hips!

In all seriousness, this exercise targets the 3 key areas of your abs, the top, bottom and sides. More like targets ALL of your abs.
Now, get those abs before Saturday!
