Most people use the holidays as an excuse to gain weight, eat whatever they want, and lose it starting January 1st.  What if there was a way for you to bypass the weight gain and actually LOSE weight before Christmas???  The facebook swap is celebrating the 12 days of Christmas in a motivating way.  You can  lose weight while making subtle changes in your daily life during the holidays.

HOW IT WORKS

The challenge works by swapping out food or inactivity.  As Christmas grows near, the swap gets more intense.  Don’t worry this change in your diet and exercise is still in line with the holiday season, it takes a minimal amount of effort and time.  This way, you still have time for all your parties, decorating, and shopping.

This concept is all based around ’The No Willpower Fat Loss Cure’.
