I love to eat.
Sometimes it can be hard for me to eat due to my elements: in rush hour traffic, I literally have 10 minutes to consume water and feed my meter, trying to keep my hair and make up looking good, you get the pic!
Not to mention, eating in your car can be a disaster and disgusting! I loathe crumbs all over me, ESPECIALLY in that little crevice in between your seat and your center console!
So basically I’ve ate almost everything and anything in my car and I have come up with my:

FitTip Snack #1:

These are amazing!
I’ve become obsessed with their Edamame! It’s gluten free, SUGAR free and non-GMO!
I mean, there are no words to describe the excellence that these exude!
FitTip Fact: Did you know that Edamame is the number 1 most genetically modified food out there?! Yup! BUT Crunchies aren’t!
FitTip Snack #2:
Organic Roasted Almonds
Yes, I’m getting granola on all of you. Almonds are magical and although Raw Almonds have more nutrients than roasted, the roasted gives it that satisfying flavor that won’t leave you wanting more!
Also, the nutrients scale isn’t that hindered by the roasting. Roasted almonds still carry 6 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber! Can anyone say natural laxative?!
The only thing the roasting really does is take away some of the Vitamin E, so you get less of an antioxidant punch.
PLUSSSSSS…if you drop a roasted almond in your car it won’t smell, stick, or cause any sort of stains! YAY!
Last, but not my least fav, FItTip Snack #3:
Mama Chia “Chia Squeeze”
SIDENOTE: Are you all noticing that all of these snacks can be eaten with one arm/hand only?! You’re welcome!
Everyone knows the Mama Chia drinks, which I love, but can sometimes be too much for a quick snack, so the Chis Squeeze is perf!
2-3 squeezes and you’re done!
