The Green Smoothie Challenge – Are You In

I have been doing green drinks for a while now.  I don’t have a crazy fancy machine like my mom but I did recently upgrade from a standard bullet to a Nutri Bullet.  We will save the Nutri bullet review for another time but I am loving it!   My sister tipped me off on a site that does smoothies.  They have a Green Smoothie challenge that they are running so I thought it would be a great way for people to drop some inches, and get a jump on weight loss for summer !

How the Green Smoothie Challenge works 

* It’s one green smoothie a day for 30 days.   The Challenge Begins April 1st.

* You DO get to eat while on the challenge.   It’s not JUST green smoothies

* After signing up you get a shopping list to help you buy the items you need.

 

Simple Right !?  The whole idea is to get you to intake more fruits and vegetables.  This is also a great way to find recipes that you like.  Share them with your kids to help them stay healthy, take them to work, and find the vitality that come along with eating greens that are not processed of cooked.   I know that drinking my personal green smoothie in the morning has helped me with my energy level, cleared up my skin and has helped detox me daily.  Who doesn’t want that!?    If you love this idea then pass it around like my sister did and get all your friends on the Green smoothie challenge.
