Traditionally, we know pizza as being high fat, high carb, and packed full of sodium. However, one man has lost 24 pounds eating pizza in a certain way combined with exercise. Watch his story below and tell us what you think.
I think the bottom line is what you put on the pizza, how much you exercise, and how often you consume food (to keep your blood sugar from dropping). Keep in mind that this guy is also a cyclist, which means he’s getting plenty of exercise. Personally, pizza should be eaten in moderation. You will also have a lot more control over the calories in the pizza if you make the crust yourself and add your own healthy toppings.
