In this world filled pollution, disease and fatigue it is important to keep your body protected from this toxic environment which we have created through time.  Antioxidants fight free radicals.  Free radicals come from things like preservatives, pollution, stress, alcohol, and even exercise!   To fight these free radicals you must equip your body with the tools to stay healthy, fit and gorgeous.

It is recommended by oxygen magazine that a person should intake between 4,000 – 7,000 ORAC units daily.  The higher the ORAC number the higher the the antioxidant capability.  Here are the highest rated foods for anti oxidants.
