It’s Oscar weekend. I will be attending The Oscars in a few years, but today I simply write abut them.
Some say that actors get in better shape for The Oscars than an actual role. So today we’re going to look at some of these work out regimens!
If I had to choose an Oscar nominees body, I would go with Cate Blanchett.

Those arms are the perfect amount of tone and svelte. She doesn’t look ano(short for anorexic), her decolletage is perfect too! Not too bone-y!

Which brings me to the true reason for this post. I’ve been doing the gluten free thing a lot lately. So much so that if it isn’t gluten free I just don’t go there.
