The time change not only gives us 1 extra hour of sleep it also gives us the opportunity to add in a much needed hour of fitness.  Instead of using this extra time to catch up on your sleep why not use it to …

  • Try a new fitness class
  • Go for a jog or walk
  • Start a new weight lifting routine
  • Wake up early and make healthy foods for the whole day
  • Add in morning yoga

These are just a few things you can do to make the best out of that extra hour.  One hour is all you need to get motivated and create a routine.  Don’t let this winter season set you back.   Take the initiative and commit to having a healthier life.
