This routine is a “preview” of whats to come with Fit Tip Daily’s new workout system known as Body Burn. The new ad can be seen on the right side of the page. Body Burn workout routines will offer three levels to cater to each level, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Minimal exercise equipment will be needed to do the routines and only members will be allowed access to check out the weekly Burns. We hope to have the programs up and running by this friday February 28th, 2014. You can pre register for your level now and login and check for routines weekly!
Use this routine 3 – 4 times a week. Feel free to ad weights, increase repetitions and share it with your friends! It’s never too late to become what you might have been!
