If you’re getting ready for a big day try doing five separate ab exercises the night before. This will help you to look leaner for your big event and minimizing any bloating. The abs act as a natural corset which makes you look leaner and fit.

Pick 5 ab exercises then do 15 reps of each. Do all 5 in a row. Try to repeat this 3 times.
Don’t Forget to use the stability ball for extra results!!!! This will help to work not only the outer portion of the abs but the inner core (transverse abdominus) as well!
Keep in mind that each gram of carbohydrate that you eat carried water with it into the cell to be broken down. If you want to look more defined and “cut up” you must lower your carb intake the night before. It would be even better to lower them several days in advance.
