So, the other night I was at my favorite place on earth, Erewhon.
Seriously, I love this place, like I love my dog. It’s magical. It lifts me up when I’m down, it fuels me when I’m almost on empty. You get it.
I’m leaving Erewhon, and I see this good looking guy eating what looks like cookies.
Disclaimer: I have a sweet tooth. So if I see someone consuming anything sweet that I’ve never seen before my interest is instantly piqued.
So I start to talk with him and he makes these cookies. I’ll go into the cookies and variations at a later time, but basically his “cookies” were delicious AND they make you:
BURN FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know. Breath.
So 2 key ingredients in his “cookies” are Whey and Colostrom.
Now, it’s not some ordinary Whey.
It’s called Bulletproof Whey:
The finest pasture raised non-denatured whey protein concentrate made from milk (not cheese by-products).
So basically, P.U.R.E. They claim that it’s the “purest pasture raised whey on earth”.
Intense right?
Now in Bulletprooof’s Upgraded Whey 2.0, it has Colostrom in it, but it seems like model boy was using Colostrom from another source, which he claimed cost him $300.
Colostrom is the fat burner!!!!!!
What is Colostrom?!
FitTip Fact #1:
Colostrum is a milky fluid that comes from the breasts of humans, cows, and other mammals the first few days after giving birth, before true milk appears. It contains proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and proteins (antibodies) that fight disease-causing agents such as bacteria and viruses. Antibody levels in colostrums can be 100 times higher than levels in regular cow’s milk.
Says WebMD
These “cookies” were amazing and you all know how Milk and I aren’t friends, BUT I’m happy to report that I did not have my usual uncomfortable-ness after eating these “cookies” on an empty stomach!
What was it?!
Is the Whey from Bulletproof so pure that it won’t effect someone with a slight milk allergy? Or was the Colostrom feeding my cells so much so that I was able to handle these milk derived “cookies”?
I need to investigate further, by eating more “cookies”, trying Bulletproff AND getting some Colostrom stat!
To be continued!
Moo,
Bianca
